  • Successfully documented business and regulatory requirements in order to implement retention and destruction processes in over 15 commercial & engineering business applications

AON UK – TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

ECB/IORP II Regulatory Reporting

  • Documented business, technical and regulatory requirements for an end to end reporting solution covering 60+ pension schemes within an AWS platform. Worked within a scrum team to define and implement low level requirements.

  • Conducted a technical vendor selection process to identify a 3rd party software solution to help deliver the regulatory requirements within the businesses defined infrastructure. 

  • Coordinated with client pension fund managers and internal departments to facilitate low level inbound data feed requirements and business processes.

German Pension Valuation Transformation

  • Detailed process and technical requirements through workshops, for a new end to end valuation platform for Aon Germany, covering data cleansing, valuation and reporting for over 1000 pension schemes. Translated business use cases and improvements into IT/technical based requirements.

  • Managed a vendor selection process to validate solution capabilities against new business requirements.

  • Designed a high-level solution architecture that consolidated the businesses use of 4 applications into a single platform utilising a Managed Private Cloud (MPC) infrastructure. 

  • Facilitated a 50% cost reduction through automated solutions, standardisation and efficient manual processes, focusing on data migration, data cleansing and reporting.

Pension Administration Transformation

  • Solicited process and technical requirements with key business and technology stakeholders. Formulated an end to end transformation strategy, with the aim of improving efficiency and productivity within the Pensions Administration business area.

  • Delivered functional requirements to amend existing functionality and implement GDPR requirements within web, casework and treasury IT solutions, within a cloud-based infrastructure.

  • Utilised GDPR knowledge to integrate security requirements into a new pension’s administration ecosystem covering 15 applications.
